Job Title: Executive Assistant to Eric (Hey Media / Hey Fort Worth)


Hey Media, a social media and marketing company based in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will support the owner, Eric, in a variety of tasks, helping to grow the business and maintain excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with video and computer file organization

  • Handle customer communication and messaging

  • Support video filming projects

  • Assist in coaching preparation and organization

  • Perform various administrative and operational tasks as needed

We’re Looking For:

  • Someone eager to grow with the company

  • A professional with excellent communication and time management skills

  • Experience with customer service, virtual assistance, and customer support

  • A male candidate within 15 miles of Fort Worth, TX

Job Details:

  • Part-time: Starting at $25/hour less than 20 hours/week

  • Primarily remote work with occasional on-site tasks

  • Intermediate level: A blend of experience and value is ideal
