Job Title: Executive Assistant to Eric (Hey Media / Hey Fort Worth)
Hey Media, a social media and marketing company based in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. This role will support the owner, Eric, in a variety of tasks, helping to grow the business and maintain excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with video and computer file organization
Handle customer communication and messaging
Support video filming projects
Assist in coaching preparation and organization
Perform various administrative and operational tasks as needed
We’re Looking For:
Someone eager to grow with the company
A professional with excellent communication and time management skills
Experience with customer service, virtual assistance, and customer support
A male candidate within 15 miles of Fort Worth, TX
Job Details:
Part-time: Starting at $25/hour less than 20 hours/week
Primarily remote work with occasional on-site tasks
Intermediate level: A blend of experience and value is ideal
