In 2014, Eric saw that many small businesses with excellent products and services, including those of his friends and random businesses he visited, lacked the marketing skills needed to grow and often shut down. With no initial marketing skills, he learned the ropes at his first marketing agency. After three years of honing his expertise in design, media, and social media, he founded Standout Marketing in 2017, now known as Hey Media.

Based in Fort Worth, Texas, Hey Media amplifies the voices of small businesses through innovative digital marketing, helping them gain the recognition they deserve. Eric's dedication goes beyond marketing—he's a devoted family man, a talented musician, and an enthusiast of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
